COVID Vaccination Mandate
Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?
Yes, for events occurring on or after November 29, 2021, unless you claim a medical condition or restriction or a sincerely held religious belief that qualifies you for exemption. In compliance with Los Angeles city regulations, in order to access this experience, people 12 and older must provide evidence of being fully vaccinated by an FDA-authorized or WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccination before the experience opening time, unless they qualify for exemption. If you qualify for exemption, you must present a negative FDA-approved PCR test administered within 72 hours prior to the experience opening time as well as a self-attestation certifying the qualified exemption. Homemade tests will not be accepted, the test needs to be performed and certified by a registered health professional.
I have received one dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. Can I still attend?
No, for events occurring on or after November 29, 2021, unless you are fully vaccinated by the time of the event, which means it has been fourteen days since the final dose of your FDA-authorized or WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine. This applies to people 12 and older unless you qualify for exemption.
What is an acceptable proof of vaccination (or, if exempted, acceptable proof of a negative PCR test)?

- Proof of vaccination from another state or county.
- Documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider

No, if you qualify for a medical or religious exemption, you must still provide documentation of a negative PCR test.
I have not been vaccinated and have already purchased tickets to this experience. Can I get a refund?
